The aim of this research is to describe the strategies used by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in cultivating fourth grade students' interest in learning to read the Al-Qur'an at MDT Ashhabul Maimanah Sujung Tirtayasa. The data collection process uses several methods, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. And for data analysis, quantitative descriptive analysis techniques are used, namely in the form of data presentation in the form of statistics regarding related data, both written and verbal, from research objects in the institutions mentioned above that have been observed. Where in this case the author thoroughly describes the actual situation. The results of the research show that the success of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in cultivating students' interest in learning to read the Al-Qur'an at MDT Ashhabul Maimanah Sujung, Tirtayasa District has begun to be seen. This can be seen when the students have started to become fluent in reading short letters thanks to the strategy used by the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher at MDT Ashhabul Maimanah Sujung through the Iqra method using the Iqra book.
